TEMECULA, CALIF. AUGUST 29, 2019
Partners In Leadership LLC, the firm that guides clients in defining Key Results™, shaping Cultural Beliefs®, and solving Accountability Gaps, unveils Safety Builder for manufacturing at the Voluntary Protection Programs Participants’ Association (VPPPA) Safety+ Symposium in New Orleans, LA, held August 27-30. This is the first year the organization has exhibited its culture and accountability programs at the national convention.
Safety Builder provides a unique application of Partners In Leadership’s award-winning curriculum to improve safety outcomes. The training is designed to help manufacturing professionals think differently about safety where past strategies to improve safety have had little impact. Implementation of the core models changes mindsets, resulting in increased safety throughout the manufacturing organization.
Safety Builder, with a new manufacturing focused approach, delivers solutions that focus on how safety and a culture of safety impacts every level of the organization and drives the company’s key results. The training teaches leaders and staff to immerse the language of safety into everything they do and create an environment for talking about safety and identifying and addressing safety concerns. They learn why safety needs to be prioritized in the minds of leaders and staff to the level of importance as quality, access, and affordability. The plan leads to actionable results.
“Safety and accountability are top concerns for manufacturers,” said Brent Barton, president and CEO, Partners In Leadership. “Yet, current efforts to address safety concerns are just not working. Safety Builder is a true game changer for the way manufacturing professionals engage their culture, strategy, and safety.”
Partners In Leadership safety experts are available on the convention floor at booth #169. They will be answering questions about the training, as well as handing out their bestselling books, The Oz Principle: Getting Results Through Individual and Organizational Accountability and Propeller: Accelerating Change by Getting Accountability Right
